About us

One Punjab. One Force.

A volunteer-run community for Salesforce and tech professionals. Rooted in Punjabi culture and values, open to everyone from any faith or background.

Who we are

A community built on seva.

Punjabiforce started with a simple idea: the people who have already made their way in tech can make the path easier for the people coming next. We are professionals who give our time freely to share what we know, open doors where we can, and celebrate the culture that shaped us.

We run in-person meetups, virtual sessions, panels and mentoring, all free to attend. Everything we do is led by the community: the topics, the speakers and the conversations come from the people in the room.

Our mission is to uplift professionals globally, share our experience and knowledge, celebrate culture while embracing diversity, and show that when one of us rises, we all rise together.

What we stand for

Empower, uplift and connect.

01

Knowledge sharing

Learn, mentor and grow within the Salesforce and wider tech ecosystem.

02

Network

Build meaningful, lasting connections with professionals around the world.

03

Culture and diversity

Celebrate all things Punjabi and the values of unity, seva (selfless service) and resilience.

04

Career advancement

Support each other through certifications, projects, new roles and the step into leadership.

Why we exist

A space for honest conversations.

Tech professionals need somewhere to talk openly about the things that really shape their careers, including the topics that are usually left unsaid: pay, progression, confidence, culture at work, and how AI is changing our roles. Punjabiforce exists to be that space. It is open to all, free of judgement, and set by the community rather than the industry script.

Who we are here for

Wherever you are in your career.

We focus first on the people who gain most from a community behind them, and welcome everyone else who wants to learn, give back or connect.

Starting out

Graduates and early-career professionals

Industry guidance, CV and LinkedIn reviews, interview preparation and your first steps into the Salesforce and tech ecosystem.

Growing

Mid-career professionals

Certifications, bigger projects and the move into lead, consultant and architect roles, with peers who have done it before.

Changing direction

Career changers and returners

Moving into tech from another field, returning after a break, or rethinking your path as AI reshapes roles across the industry.

Leading

Senior professionals and leaders

Give back as a mentor, speaker or advisor, and join leadership conversations with people who share your background and values.

Sound like you? Find your place in the community. It's free.

Where we are heading

Our north star for 2027.

By 2027, we want Punjabiforce to be the trusted community tech professionals turn to for mentoring, career advancement and momentum, whether they are starting out or changing direction. A knowledgeable, diverse community built on equality, belonging, culture and seva.

  1. Mentoring programme. Pairing people with mentors who fit, whether they are new to tech or moving within it.
  2. Mentorship clinics. Focused one-hour sessions with a mentor on a specific challenge, lighter than a full programme for both sides.
  3. Regular events. Quarterly in-person meetups, virtual sessions and podcast conversations that keep the community connected.
  4. A growing team. More Community Ambassadors, so the community is shaped and run by many hands.

Questions people ask

Who is Punjabiforce?

Is Punjabiforce only for Punjabis?

No. We are rooted in Punjabi culture and values, and everyone is welcome, from any faith or background. Many of our members simply value a community built on seva, openness and helping each other grow.

Is it free?

Yes. Joining, events and mentoring are free. Our events are made possible by the companies that host and sponsor them.

Who runs it?

A volunteer team: our co-founders, advisor and Community Ambassadors, all working professionals who give their time. You can meet them on the Team page.

Is Punjabiforce a company?

No. Punjabiforce is a volunteer-run, not-for-profit community. We do not sell anything, and we never handle sponsorship money.

Do I need to work in Salesforce?

No. Salesforce is where we started and many of us work in it, but our conversations cover the wider tech industry and careers in general.

How do I get involved?

Join the community, come to an event, or volunteer as a Community Ambassador. If you would like a mentor, or to become one, tick that on the Join form.

Still curious? The best way to know us is to come along.

Host or sponsor an event

Why hosts and sponsors matter.

Our events are free for everyone who comes. That is only possible because organisations open their doors and cover the essentials.

Our events

What they are for

  • Professional networking between professionals, mentors and employers, creating real career opportunities.
  • Knowledge sharing on career development, industry trends and personal growth, with room to speak in your own language for comfort and inclusion.
  • An inclusive environment where people from every background feel safe to contribute, collaborate and grow.
For partners

What you gain

  • Equality in action: visible support for under-represented communities in technology.
  • Talent: meet skilled, motivated professionals and help grow the wider talent pool.
  • Employer brand: show your organisation as a leader in building inclusive professional communities.
  • Ecosystem growth: a more diverse, more skilled workforce for the whole industry.
How it works

Simple and transparent

  • Hosts provide the venue, and are thanked on our Events page.
  • Sponsors cover food, drinks or prizes and pay the supplier directly. Punjabiforce never handles the money.
  • Individuals can support through seva too, in money or in kind.
  • Sponsor and individual support is thanked privately, never published.
